A rockin' royal smoothie to get and keep your energy going! A perfect year-round yummy solution for a healthy lifestyle.
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1-2 scoops plain pea protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut butter manna
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp maca root
- 1 pinch Unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish
- 1/4 cup ice if desired
