Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 scoops plain pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter manna
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp maca root
  • 1 pinch Unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish
  • 1/4 cup ice if desired

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
