Rockin’ Royal Blueberry Smoothie with Maca Root

Originally, this smoothie was in celebration of the Royal nuptials as we toasted to a Royal Blueberry Smoothie day at the Atlanta Botanical Garden! Harry and Meghan most likely already drink royal smoothies with all these Superfoods so they stay young and healthy and have loads of energy to perform their new royal duties.

It is your royal American duty to change the health and wellness of this country by taking matters into your own hands. Time to start eating healthy on a regular basis, for this is not a dress rehearsal of your life with this current earthly vehicle. It starts with finding those healthy things and foods to attach to and create healthy habits. You can form easy healthy habits just as you formed unhealthy ones.   • High speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 scoops plain pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter manna
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp maca root
  • 1 pinch Unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish
  • 1/4 cup ice if desired

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
