Make your “Green” Smoothie as you Shake that Shamrock!

Celebrate your Irish roots or your Irish friends with a healthy and delicious green smoothie that will make you wanna shake that shamrock! Filled with all those clean ingredients called “real food” like baby spinach and fresh fruits to keep you on your wellness journey. Pop it all in a blender until smooth and creamy. It reminds me of those Shamrock shakes I used to love when I was a kid! I am all “growed” up now and I’m still craving something similar with a lot less food coloring as well as something more nutritious. Let’s all hear it for the real food movement, vegan or not, it’s better for you. Using foods from Mother Earth is the best way to get the most nutrients from our food. Erin Go Green! ☘

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 ripe pear, cored
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop green spirulina powder blend
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for a smooth consistency.
