Kicking It Up at the Health & Wellness Fair
Had an amazing time at Airwatch’s Corporate Health and Wellness Fair last week! We were cooking it up with the Cook’s Warehouse East Cobb team and showing Airwatch employees how easy it is to cook healthier foods and make lower sugar smoothies. We made 3 simple and nutritious dishes including my Signature Quinoa Salad which is a hit every time and lower sugar smoothies. Learning to cook is always a great way to contribute to a healthier and happier life both and work and at home.
I feel lucky to have discovered this part of being able to cook and eat healthy food as a lifestyle. It has freed me to be more creative and have more energy to help others find and determine their own healthy lifestyle. I believe in paying it forward and want to help you achieve your desired results and feel absolutely amazing.
