Juicy Tuesday Green Prep Plus

As we finish rounding out Meatless Monday today, I have begun to forage for my green juice ingredients gearing up for my weekly cleanse day each Tuesday. Juicy Tuesdays seem to come pretty quickly after a busy weekend and getting life back to whatever happens on Mondays. It’s best to start your Juicy Tuesday with the mindset of clearing energy and as well as your body and start with a mindful meditation when you wake to the world. Gratitude and graciousness sometimes take practice and this is a good time to start, especially with the winter season and the holidays right around the corner. Simple guided meditations are easily found for free online or in an app so put on that headset for 10-15 minutes and let “Calgon take you away” and recalibrate your mindset and enjoy your Juicy Tuesday, green juice and all!
