Juicy Tuesday-After Thanksgiving Reset
A “Juicy Tuesday” after a big food holiday is probably the most important one to stick to just to get your body back into balance with a a little juice day to reset all systems. This green juice is quite good and actually a double sized batch so I could take it with me for the day. Kale, celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, ginger and leftover fresh cranberries makes for a juice that is as good and tasty as leftover turkey. Ok, maybe not so much but juice away while the fresh cranberry is in season! Cheers, MMM
