1 cup sauteed shredded Brussels Sprouts
1 cup fresh arugula
1 avocado, sliced thin
2 tablespoons fresh basil pesto
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of coarse sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
