Crispy Kale Chips
1 bunch organic kale, stems removed
Spritz with Chosen Foods extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil spray
Pink Himalayan salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Chop kale into 3 to 4 inch pieces, removing stems. Wash and spin dry chopped kale. In large bowl, sprritz kale with oil and toss. Place kale on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until desired crispness. Remove from oven and gently sprinkle with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
