Cedar Salmon
This cedar salmon is way to easy to make and is so dang delicious! Salmon, seasoning, and cedar paper all tied up with string…these are a few of my favorite things!
Cedar Salmon
4-6 ounces piece of fresh salmon
Season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
Soak the cedar paper in water for 10 minutes. Place fresh salmon on cedar paper and season with desired seasoning or just salt and pepper. Fold cedar paper around fish and tie up with string. Place salmon on on hot grill or grill pan or for 5 minutes on each side. Cut string to serve.
