She incorporates highly nutritious Superfoods into an everyday healthy eating lifestyle while putting you at ease in the kitchen. As the original healthy lifestyle advocate, spokesperson and chef, she is also the Atlanta Botanical Garden’s Edible Garden Chef, creating culinary delights freshly harvested right out of the edible garden. She also teaches her healthy cooking and lifestyle classes at Whole Foods Markets, The Cook’s Warehouse, and Specialty Stores in Georgia. She conducts “Lunch & Learns” for corporate and small business wellness programs to have healthier, happier employees, businesses, and workplace environments. She is a proud Ambassador in Action for the Produce for Better Health Foundation promoting increased consumption of fruits vegetables for better health!
