Here is a quick, simple smoothie recipe using these frisky little fruits!
Power Berry Smoothie
1 cup rice milk, coconut milk or almond milk
1 cup fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and/or blackberries
10 frozen red grapes
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons plain yogurt or kefir
1 scoop plain protein powder
Add 1/2 cup of ice, if desired, and blend until smooth. Feel free to use frozen berries if fresh are not available.
