Oven Roasted Okra
- 1 pound fresh okra
- 2 tablespoons macadamia nut oil
- Sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 425◦ degrees. Rinse and drain okra and pat dry. In a large bowl, toss okra with macadamia nut oil and season with salt to taste.
Place okra on a parchment-lined sheet pan in one layer. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring once. The okra should be lightly browned and tender.
Remove from the heat and season with freshly ground pepper. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve hot.
