Avocado Toast Fresh from the Spring Garden

This is your jumping off point in learning about making healthy food…without a recipe! This is easy to make, as easy as making toast. I took a poll and everyone seems to know how to make the toast part. It’s a start so follow these avocado toast instructions:
Find delicious bread and toast it
Butter or ghee or naked toast will all work
Mash up your avocado in a small bowl and season with sea salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes
Chop up some fresh arugula (or spinach or kale)
Slice and/or chop fresh radishes
Assemble avocado mash on toast and top with arugula and radish
Sprinkle a bit of coarse sea salt to finish
Enjoy every bite!
